Common Questions
Patients Ask Most.
A facial treatment is a clinical skin appointment where what your skin is doing is matched to a specific strength of exfoliation or infusion. At Beauty and Fly in Bronxville and Bridgehampton, that can mean microneedling with PRP, VI Peel, advanced no-peel chemical peels, regenerative topicals, or the Microinfusion Facial. Skin that repairs slowly needs a different plan from skin that heals fast, so the strength and the spacing are set once Catherine has examined your pigment, your texture and how the surface is holding moisture. That is why treatments are sequenced across visits. Book a consultation and Catherine will go through what your skin should have first.
A medical facial is only as good as the choice behind it, and that choice depends on where the problem sits. Dull skin can come from pigment held near the surface or from collagen that has thinned underneath, and those two want different treatments at different depths, which is why Catherine examines your skin first. Then one priority is worked on at a time. At the next visit she checks how your skin handled the last one: how the color evened out, how the texture came back. That check sets the spacing between visits and how deep the next treatment goes.
Medical-grade means the device and the strength of the actives sit inside what a clinical license allows. Microneedling with PRP uses your own platelets to drive collagen repair. A precision peel lifts pigment in controlled layers and asks for visible flaking while the old surface comes away. The advanced no-peel formulas are built to give you that kind of result with little to cover up afterward, and the Microinfusion Facial carries a custom blend into the top layer of skin through a grid of micro-channels. After nearly 20 years in aesthetic medicine, Catherine sets the strength to what your skin can use.
What a facial costs here depends on what your skin needs and whether two treatments are combined in one visit. Microneedling is $400 on its own. It rarely is on its own: paired with PRP, PDRN, exosomes or advanced serums, it is $200 to $500 more. VI Peel and the other peels each sit in their own range, and you get the number before anything starts. Your consultation is complimentary and there is no deposit, so your skin is assessed first and the pricing conversation comes after that.
No. What is done in the office resets your skin. What you use at home decides how much of that holds between visits. The office stocks SkinBetter Science and Noon Aesthetics, and after a peel or a microneedling visit products are often taken out of your routine before anything new goes in. The home plan is written with you at your consultation, and it is short on purpose.
