No-Show & Cancellation Policy

All appointments are with Catherine, so they sit on one calendar, and the time held for you covers the assessment that comes before any treatment is decided. When that time is missed or canceled late, it cannot be offered to another patient.

Cancellation Notice

Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. With that much warning, the time can usually be filled from the wait list, which is the whole reason the notice period exists.

Deposits

There is no deposit. A credit card is taken at booking only to hold the time, and nothing is charged before your visit. Consultations are complimentary, with no deposit.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

A cancellation inside 48 hours, or an appointment missed without notice, is charged $100 to the card on file. You see that amount stated at the point of booking, before you confirm, so nothing about it arrives as a surprise later.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive late, Catherine will still see you where the day allows. The full assessment always happens, so your visit may need to be moved.
