Every injectable here is done by Catherine Curtin, MSN, FNP-C. She took a 2024 course in managing injectable complications, and it changed how she doses. Once you have studied in detail what a product does when it sits where it was never meant to sit, you place less, and you get quicker at saying wait a month. Nearly twenty years of injecting sits behind that judgment, and a nursing career that started in 1992 behind the health history taken first. Treatment happens in Bronxville and Bridgehampton, and every appointment at both offices is with Catherine.
Three families, and they do different work. Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify) relax a specific muscle so a line softens when your face moves. Hyaluronic acid fillers, Restylane and the RHA family, rebuild structure: lip filler, tear trough filler under the eye, a jawline that has softened. Biostimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse work on the skin's own support. PRP works on skin quality, and Kybella reduces a small fat pad under the chin. Placement and dose shape the outcome as much as the product.
By watching what moves and what has flattened. A line that shows up only when you frown is muscle, and that is a neuromodulator question. A line sitting there while your face is still is usually lost structure, which is a filler question. Catherine assesses which applies to your face. When injectables suit you, treatment goes one area at a time, so the effect of each change is clear at your follow-up before anything else is added. That sequencing is most of the work.
Neuromodulators are $15.50 per unit, and the Beauty Bank page has the member figures. Dermal filler is $750 to $900 per syringe. Sculptra and Radiesse are $850 per vial or syringe. Your total depends on how much is placed. The consultation is complimentary and there is no deposit. Catherine gives you a figure for your own plan during your visit, and Botox is broken down further on its own cost page.
